A dreamy-realm formed of furnishings and fantasy inspired more than 500 of L.A.’s fashion, art and interiors mavens to experience L.A. Mart Design Center’s dreamSCAPE, a surreal exhibition of design installations unveiled November 5 at LAMDC’s LOOK Gallery. Seven top L.A. design firms paired with a dynamic roster of local artists, imagining a series of conceptual spaces realized through unexpected juxtapositions of art and objects. Amid an ethereal setting, the glam guest list mixed-and-mingled to the grooves of DJ Patrick while imbibing on cuisine created by Chefs Ilan Hall and Marcel Vigneron, and cocktail creations courtesy of Blue Angel Vodka.
