Working in the Washington, D.C. interior design community since 1994, Lori Ludwick, has infused her clean and contemporary style into many area residences. Her projects range from grand mansions to industrial lofts, suburban homes and historic row houses. Known for consistently achieving aesthetically-pleasing designs that incorporate the personal style and functional needs of each client, Ludwick’s talent and vision allow her to seamlessly integrate existing furniture and accessories into her designs, as well as, create entirely new spaces from the ground up – all within the client’s budget. Originally from Pittsburgh, where she earned her BFA at the University of Pittsburgh, Ludwick continued her education at Marymount University where she earned a BA in Interior Design. Following graduation she began work in the commercial design field where she gained valuable experience before establishing InDesign in 2000. Discerning clients appreciate her down-to-earth design approach and her ability to interpret their personal style. Her expertise in custom woodwork brings a unique look to many of her designs and has also yielded a fun and functional line of children’s bedroom furniture. Ludwick is an Allied Member of the American Society of Interior Designers and her work has been featured in Washington Home & Design magazine, Washington Post Style, and Washington Spaces. |
